- When is full payment required?

We require full payment 48 hours prior to your charter date (includes cleared cheques).

- How do I pay?

- Is a deposit required?

Yes a 20% deposit is required 21 days (inclusive) prior to your charter date. If you are booking a special promotional or discounted price 50% is required. If a deposit is not received your booking may be cancelled.

- Do you provide a refund?

If a cancellation is made 15 days (inclusive) prior to the charter date a full refund will be provided.
If a cancellation is made 1-14 days (inclusive) prior to the charter date the deposit will be forfeited. Therefore, if payment has been received in full the balance be refunded.
Refunds will be provided for bad weather if unable to reschedule.
We do not guarantee fish and refund will not be provided if no catch is made.

- Can children come along?

Children are welcome aboard the Willow Lee. They are the full responsibility of the guardian/parent and Extreme Marine Charters and their staff are not responsible for children. Due to children being considered anglers there is a fee, however discounted at $150.00 per child (if paying per person). If you are considering taking children please discuss further with us so we can ensure they have a great and safe trip.

- How many passengers can you take?

We can take seven passengers with up to 6 workings rods.

- What if the weather and conditions are not suitable?

The skipper reserves the right to cancel a charter due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule in the first instance or a full refund will be provided.

- What do I need to bring?

Warm layered clothing, hat/beanie, sunglasses, sunscreen, enclosed footwear, sea sickness tablets if required, wet weather gear, waterproof boots. If you do not have any of these items please discuss with us prior.

- Can I bring my own fishing gear?

Definitely!

- Medical / Dietary Requirements

Each passenger is responsible for their own medical and dietary requirements. Please advise the skipper when boarding the vessel. We are unable to provide food specific to dietary needs and suggest passengers bring their own food if required.

- Can I bring my own food?

Your own food is welcome and esky space available, however please note we do provide food. And definitely no bananas or we may not catch fish!!

- Is liquor allowed on board?

Alcohol consumption is allowed on board and required to be consumed in a responsible manner.

​

- What if I get sea sick?

It is the passenger’s responsibility to take medication prior to departure. Responsible use of sea sickness tablets is often effective and charters can be enjoyed.

- Do I keep my catch?

Definitely! We will fillet, wash, bag and pack your catch on ice so you are able to take home to the table.
